Your PH679 Questions, Answered

Whether you're brand new to PH679 or you've been playing for a while, it's normal to have questions. This page brings together the most common things Philippine players ask us — from how to register and fund an account, to how sports odds work and what responsible gaming tools are available.

If you can't find the answer you're looking for below, you can also browse the platform sections directly: Sports, Casino, Slots, Slot Games, and Bet. For anything account-related, head to Login or Register.

Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your details — a valid mobile number, a username, and a secure password. You'll receive an OTP on your registered Philippine number to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in and start exploring the platform. Registration is free and open to Philippine residents aged 21 and above.

PH679 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This is a firm requirement and applies to all account holders in the Philippines. During the verification process, you may be asked to confirm your age. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately.

No. Each player is allowed only one active account on PH679. Creating duplicate accounts is against our terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. If you've lost access to your original account, contact our support team to help you recover it rather than registering a new one.

Log in to your account and go to your profile settings. From there you can update your display name, contact details, and password. For changes to your registered mobile number or identity documents, you may need to go through a re-verification step. This is to keep your account secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

PH679 supports deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through local bank transfer, Philippine mobile banking apps, and popular e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All transactions are handled in PHP — no currency conversion is required for Philippine players.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your chosen method. Most requests are reviewed and processed within one business day. Transfers to local Philippine bank accounts and e-wallets are generally fast once the processing is complete. Make sure your account is fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid delays.

Minimum deposit amounts depend on the payment method selected. The details for each method are shown on the deposit page inside your account. All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱). If you're unsure which method suits your budget, you can check the options after logging in.

No. PH679 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency for betting deposits or wagering. The platform is designed around Philippine Peso payments through local banking and e-wallet options, keeping things straightforward and relevant for players in the Philippines.

Sports Betting

PH679 covers a wide range of sports popular among Philippine players — basketball (including PBA and NBA), volleyball, boxing, football, and esports. International leagues and tournaments are also available. You can browse all active markets on the Sports page after logging in.

Live betting lets you place wagers on a game while it's already in progress. Odds update in real time based on what's happening on the court or field, so you can react to the action as it unfolds. To access live betting, go to the Sports section and look for events marked as "Live." A stable internet connection is recommended for the best experience.

If a match is officially cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within a reasonable period, bets placed on that event are typically voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. The exact policy may vary depending on the sport and market — check the bet details inside your account for specifics on any affected wager.

Casino & Slots

PH679 offers live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack — hosted by real dealers in real time. You'll also find a large collection of video slots, classic slots, eBingo, and online poker. Browse the full catalogue on the Casino or Slots pages after signing in.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it's a percentage that indicates how much a slot game is designed to pay back over a large number of spins. For example, a slot with 96% RTP theoretically returns ₱96 for every ₱100 wagered over time. RTP is a long-term statistical figure, not a guarantee of short-term results. Every spin is independent and random. Gambling outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Yes. PH679's slot games and live casino are fully optimised for mobile browsers. You can also download the PH679 App for a dedicated mobile experience. The app is available for Philippine players and provides smooth gameplay whether you're in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere with a stable connection.

Security

PH679 uses SSL encryption on all pages to protect your data in transit. Login is secured with OTP-based verification, and our systems monitor for unusual session activity. You'll receive a notification if a sign-in from an unrecognised device is detected. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication for the best protection.

Change your password immediately through your account settings. If you can't log in, use the account recovery option on the Login page to regain access with your registered mobile number. After securing your account, contact our support team so we can review recent activity and assist you further.

Responsible Gaming

PH679 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming. You can set these controls from inside your account dashboard at any time. We encourage all players to use these tools proactively — not just when things feel out of control. For more guidance, visit our Responsible Gaming page.

No. All gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are never guaranteed. PH679 does not promise winnings, guaranteed returns, or risk-free betting. Gaming should always be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Only bet what you can afford to lose, set a budget before you play, and stick to it.

You can request self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting our support team directly. Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently restricts your access to the platform depending on the option you choose. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or place bets. We take these requests seriously and act on them promptly.
